OK, all you throwers, or "want-to-be" throwers; here is a list of people in the region that have open practices or people that are willing to mentor a new thrower.  Scottish Heavy events are great competition and highly addictive, however due to Work, Weather and Traveling most people cannot guarantee exact schedules or times.  Please contact the person that you would like to throw with and discuss all of the particulars.
